NANTOU, TAIWAN (TraNews) – Born in Shanghua in 1937, Liu De-Hai is a eminent Chinese pipa master who began learning pipa and other traditional Chinese instruments at the age of 13. Liu has toured at many places in China and more than 30 countries and performed with many famous orchestras like Boston Symphony Orchestra and Berlin Symphony Orchestra.

Liu’s performances have been immensely praised by audiences and avid classical Chinese music lovers. Liu and his disciples have been invited to perform at Cloud Villa in Puli of Nantou on July 28th and 29th and at Wenyin Hall in Taichung on July 30th.
