(TraNews) –Saliva’s Store is based in Hsinchu City and was just opened in March, 2012. The name of the store came from the nickname of the owner. It was a nickname from his childhood. He inherited the store from his grandfather and serves Chinese and Japanese dishes mainly.

The owner used to work in Japan for a month and is very familiar with Japanese culinary method. After hearing his wife questioned about why is dining out so expensive, he decided to start his own business and serve fairly-priced cuisine. The restaurant uses self-planted vegetable and locally sourced ingredients. All of the dishes in the store are made upon traditional culinary method. There are beef noodles, soup, dumpling, side dishes, rice, etc, provided in the restaurant.

The most recommendable item in the store is the dumpling. The dumplings are made daily and with limited number. Therefore, legion of people want to purchase them back home but in vain. The owner indicated that his goal is to make everyone satisfied and have a wonderful feast.
