(TraNews) – It is a new trend to blend in sport and travel together. A lot of places in Taiwan have beaten their brains out to hold all kinds of international games.

Some of the most common games holding in Taiwan are bike event, Triathlon contest or international competitions. Nantou County has possessed great landscape and well-functioned facilities; therefore, the place is perfect for holding any types of contests. For example, sun Moon Lake swimming event is hold in September, Triathlon contest is in July and Merida bike contest is in March and April. Each of the contests have attracted tons of people participating.

By holding those sporty events, accommodation, transportation and restaurant business are benefit from them. The local government would like to hold bigger and more events in the future so that more people in the world will get to know deeper of the region.
