(Recipe)Langyang Braised Pork

(TraNews) – Local Yilan people in the old times lived a hard and rough lives. The surrounding made people become thrifty and didn’t want to waste food. Therefore, the local people invented one signature food- Langyang braised pork.
Ingredients: pork 300g, dried shredded squid 50g, cabbage 100g, needle mushroom 30g, shredded bamboo shoots 30g, mushroom 30g, abalone 30g, minced garlic 10g, shredded green onion 10g, egg 1, cilantro, starch 1 small bowl and broth 1800cc
Seasonings: salt 1 teaspoon, crystal sugar 1/2 teaspoon, pepper, chicken powder 1 teaspoon, vinegar 1 tablespoon and sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon
1. Rinse the pork and chop it into 5cm slices. Dip them into starch and boil in water.
2. Soften the dried shredded squid in water. Rinse the cabbage, needle mushrooms and shredded bamboo shoots.
Boil them in water.
3. Deep-fry the dried shredded squid in 180c boiled oil, then pour in egg sauce.
4. Add a bit oil in the pan and stir-fried green onion and minced garlic. Put all the seasonings, ingredients and broth. Boil them then spray cilantro in the last.
